Description
Short description
Fonz Monster's Dirty Racing is a stadium off-road racer in the spirit of the arcade classics. Four trucks, eleven dirt tracks, big jumps and a back pocket of dirty tricks: oil slicks, tack strips, mud cannons and an anvil-dropping drone. Sign with a crooked promoter and race your way to the Outlaw League.
Long
Fonz Monster is the founder, promoter and eleven-time champion of the Dirty Racing league. He owns the stadiums, the speed shop, half the sponsors and the armoured van that keeps every purse safe. He has never lost a final. And he'd love you to race for him.
Pick one of nine racers, each with a reason to sign and a playstyle of their own: the Mudlark, the Farmhand, the Exile, the Bully, the Techie, the Petrolhead, the Stunt Double, the Officer or the Heir. Start with $0 in the Rookie Cup, climb the ladder through the Pro Series, and save up the half-million-dollar buy-in for the Outlaw League, where every racer pays into The Pot.
Races are four-truck brawls on stadium dirt: jumps, washboard bumps, banked bowls and water, by day, at sunset or under floodlights. Spend your winnings on six upgrade lines you can see on the truck, and on nine Dirty Tricks fired ahead or dropped behind. When the career is done, there's Time Trial with medal ghosts, a Daily Challenge, the Cup for up to four players on one screen, and network races over your local network.
